Consultations
The initial assessment is free. Broker fees charged, are based on the complexity of your case and the type of mortgage.
Please refer to your Client agreement for further guidance, which would be sent to you if we agree to act as your advisor.
* NO Broker fees for Residential Mortgages (as of 1st April 2024). Conditions 1 & 2 will apply.
* Fees are applicable for all other non-residential mortgages. These fees will depend on case to case basis, not exceeding £1995 per application.
Conditions:
1. Minimum borrowing limits always apply. Borrowing has to be £200k and above to qualify.
2. Fees will be applicable for residential mortgages with specialist requirements such as adverse credit, debt consolidation, right to buy, shared ownership, etc. Consult your mortgage advisor for further information.
